All children must have parental / guardian permission to take part in HELL & BACK Teen. No child under 12 is allowed take part. As Parent/Guardian, I give permission for my child to participate in HELL & BACK Teen and confirm they are over 12 years of age. By completing this registration, I agree that Alive Outside, the event organiser, is not liable for any personal injury or any other accident that may cause injury to my child. In case of injury or illness to my child, I give my consent to emergency transportation and the administration of first aid and medical treatment. HELL & BACK is Ireland’s Toughest Mental & Physical Endurance Challenge. Participants need to be of a suitable physical condition to be able to take part.
