All children must have parental / guardian permission to take part in HELL & BACK Junior. No child under 8 or over 12 is allowed take part. As Parent/Guardian, I give permission for my child to participate in HELL & BACK Junior and confirm they are aged between 8 and 12 years old. By completing this registration, I agree that Alive Outside, the event organiser, is not liable for any personal injury or any other accident that may cause injury to my child. In case of injury or illness to my child, I give my consent to emergency transportation and the administration of first aid and medical treatment. HELL & BACK is Ireland’s Toughest Mental & Physical Endurance Challenge. Participants need to be of a suitable physical condition to be able to take part. I am aware of the potential risks involved and declare my child of a suitable physical condition to participate. I would like to receive information from Alive Outside's Sponsors and Partners.
