All children must have parental/guardian permission to take part in HELL & BACK Junior and must meet the minimum age requirement for the event. As Parent/Guardian, I give permission for my child to participate in HELL & BACK Junior and confirm they meet the required age criteria. By completing this registration, I agree that Alive Outside, the event organiser, is not liable for any personal injury or any other accident that may cause injury to my child. In the event of injury or illness, I give my consent for emergency transportation and the administration of first aid and any necessary medical treatment. HELL & BACK is Ireland’s Toughest Mental & Physical Endurance Challenge. Participants need to be of a suitable physical condition to be able to take part. I am aware of the potential risks involved and declare my child of a suitable physical condition to participate. I would like to receive information from Alive Outside's Sponsors and Partners. I agree in full with AliveOutside's Terms and Conditions, and am aware that, while I am not entitled to a refund if I cannot attend, for whatever reason, I can transfer my registration to another person by emailing them my ticket.
